In 2025, the company is celebrating 40 years in business for Frankfort and the surrounding towns and counties.

Upon the retirement of previous owner and founder George Whitehouse in 2024, and after working closely for a year within the company, Tom and Julie Roberts invested in the continuing operation of the vital community business. They each bring more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential projects to the company.

The Roberts family has owned and operated independent and family businesses in the Frankfort area since 1937. They have always been known for their excellent customer service, which continues under the new company.
